HANDOVER

Final walk through of completed project is done with the client and any concerns, questions or final adjustment if required is done in this phase. Punch List is been made for remaining tasks or items that need attention. Formal handover meeting is scheduled to obtain formal acceptance from the client. Then the process to Capture high-quality photographs of the completed project for the designer’s portfolio or for marketing purposes, with the client’s consent begins. The last phase is of issuing final invoices to ensure that all financial matters are settled.
